The mall is in the center of the strip in Las Vegas, across from the Wynn hotel and casino.  When: Wednesday, February 22, 2012 9:00AM-5:00PM Where: Palm Beach International Equestrian Center, West Palm Beach Florida This will be PARW Buckles' third year at this event.
